They addressed all my questions. the heated pool was a definite highlight, a nice spot to relax! the new electronic door locks offered added security with fingerprint and pin access, i appreciated that feature.
during my stay, i observed that the cleanliness in certain areas could be improved. the kitchenette's cupboard door frames needed more attention to detail, it's something to consider.

the heated pool was quite nice. the location is good, it is walkable to places. staff were helpful.
Some security cameras were not working. That is a worry. the front gate was open regularly at night. This made me uneasy. the place feels old and needs some updates, i think.

i noticed some wear on the furniture. the kitchenette was a bit outdated. some improvements here would be welcome.
